At Elite Screens EU (elitescreens.eu), operated by Elitescreens.eu, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

• Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-measure products are non-refundable unless defective.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@elitescreens.eu with your order number, the reason for return, and photographs of the product if damaged. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or events outside our control.

6. Warranty

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all European Union member states and most other European countries. If your destination country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at shop@elitescreens.eu before placing your order.

4. Shipping Costs

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made on this website within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. We will attempt to stop shipment; however, if the order has already been collected by the carrier, you will need to follow our return procedure once it arrives.

4. Cancelling After Dispatch / After Delivery

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, your cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on the return process. You are responsible for returning the goods in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

5. Refund After Cancellation

Upon receiving your returned goods and verifying their condition, we will issue a full refund including standard delivery charges (but not any supplementary costs for express delivery you may have chosen). Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage, whichever is earlier.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products manufactured to your specifications
• Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
• Products that have been clearly used, installed, or damaged by the customer
